Q. What sizes are available?
A. We create a 10x10 inch custom print then frame it in a 16x16 inch frame. Custom sizes available.
Q. How long does it take to get a print delivered?
A. The Fun Pop Art process takes our artists 4 or 5 days to create your custom piece of art. With shipping please allow 2 weeks to complete your order.
Q. Is RUSH service available?
A. Tell us your time predictament and we will do the best to honor your request. Super RUSH may be available for a fee.
Q. What size photo should I send to you?
A. You can send a print (snapshot) at least 4x6 inches. Digitally, email files to susan@funpopart.net. Digital file sizes should be 300 dpi at 4x6 inches or larger.
Q. Can I send picture files I shot using my cheap point and shoot digital camera?
A. Yes, most digital cameras set to medium or high quality should suffice.
Q. Do you ship glass with the finished art?
A. We do not ship framed artwork with glass.
Q. Can I pick up my art?
A. Yes, visit our showroom at 3660 W Irving Park Road in Chicago. We are conveniently located 4 blocks east of 90/94 expressway on Irving Park Road.
Q. How do I approve the artwork before it is printed?
A. We will email a sample preview to you. We will print your Fun Pop Art only after approval is received.
Q. Can I send any photo to get enhanced?
A. Only photos you own or have written permission to enhance will be processed.
